This is a picture of Emma in the 'fairy encampment'
that we set up in the forest to capture all of the lovely fairy photos. Simon sat by patiently
(well mostly...)and watched, he also built this really cool bridge over the river.
Living in a chilly northern climate leaves lots of time to play and experiment with all sorts of arts and crafts. I have a background in textiles and a degree in weaving, but I will try just about anything, jewelry, mosaic, quilting, dollmaking, collage and any other surface design. My current obsession is faery wings. I participated in a local Renaissance Fair this summer and had alot of fun dressing out the local faery tribe.
